Initiate Your Request

Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your electronics in their original manufacturer box, including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a full refund.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Inspection and Refund
